Terms and Condition’s for Eligibility of CIRCULAR-3:
- Annual National Performance Award Period 15th Dec 2010 to 31st March 2011 first financial Year.
- This circular is applicable for field talent of Million Miles Sale Pvt. Limited from Associate to CDA 5.
- Any Rank Senoir Should have Minimum 5 Joinings under his Rank for the basic Qualification Criteria from starting prize.
- This circular is applicable for 1st rank to 15th Ranks only (i.e Associate to Chief Dev.Advisor-5)
- Any Field Talents Highest Rank will be considered as his/her physical rank for calculation of prize
- Field Talent having multiple codes (codes in the name of family members will not be entertained for the price even if they become winners. only 1 prize can be claimed by a single actual worker or co-worker.
- All prizes shall be distributed by the company in a Grand Seminar after carefully analysis of business .
- All cash rewards shall be paid after the deduction of applicable taxes .
- The management descision will be final and binding to all in any case of dispute.
- For 2nd Rank field Talent (Senior Sales Officer) Prize winners 2 associate winners is must for the
calculation of senior prize on the same prize of highest winner.
- For 3rd Rank Talent (Asst.Marketing Supervisor) will be qualified when there is 2 winner senior sales
Officer Or having 4 new winner associates on the same prize of highest winner.
- For 4TH Rank (Marketing Manager )will be qualified for the prize if there is 2 winner Asst. Marketing
supervisors or 10 new winner associates on the same prize of highest winner.
- All the MIllion Miles Infrastructures & Developers Limited and Million Miles Hotel & Tourist Resorts
memberships Plans 1 year ,18 Months, 3 Years,3 1/2 Years (Land Infrastructure Bond & Reccuring
instalments & Monthly project Return ,Time sharing) project contribution Plans 50% will be considered
for the prize. For 5 years and 7 years Lumpsump 70% will be considered for the prize, for 10 years and
14 years lumsum plans 100% will be considered and for monthly project return plans for 5 year and
more than 5 year 70% will be considered, for MIS time sharing plans 50% will be considered, and for
installment plans 5 years or more than 5 years 100% will be considered.
- One winner will be eligible for any of one prize with respect of highest submission only.
- Any Field Talent Associate to CDA-5 involved in any anti-activities , fraud ,manipulations of funds
,any investor s complaints related to manipulation of funds, forgery in bank slips,by crossing the
chains,issuing duplicate codes,any anti organizations rule breaking .moral turpitude will be disqualified
automatically and will be suspended and hence the reward will be forfeited.
- 25% recurring contribution is must for consideration of prize.
